Room was on the road side and wasn't too bad or noisy considering the location. The room needs a little updating. The carpet in the entry to the room was worn through, there was paint off and the coffee table had a chip in it. Breakfast was good, usual buffet style, but to have a speciality coffee was an extra $6.50 after paying $32 already. Where the hotel is located is fantastic, very close to all the esplanade eateries and has the best view of the harbour. The hotel does need more outdoor seating (especially around the pool) and indoor seating area, an area that you can relax in without having to buy a drink or food. We also ate at 350 wharf restaurant which is the restaurant that is used for breakfast. It was nice with good menu options.

Loved the location of this accommodation. Right on the water, very quite room, pool was amazing. The slide is pretty good too! Valet parking was a lovely addition. It is within walking distance to many restaurants if you don't want to eat at the hotel. Staff were super friendly and accommodating.

Rebecca

Loved the location, especially seeing the Tug boats heading in/out. Perfect location for walks and restaurants aren’t that far away. Great location being central to popular attractions. Staff were great. Happy to help me with any requirements I needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Susan

The room was bigger than expected with a separate bedroom, small lounge area, kitchenette & bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and everything we needed was provided. We could open the windows a little which was nice. We had a lovely view of the harbour.

Kylie

The location was excellent with lovely views over the harbour facilities. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We ate the first night in the restaurant which had good views over the harbour. Staff were extremely helpful during our entire stay.
